Ja
Goes at 50, Em,Dre and even Lil Mo!
It
has been brewing for a minute now, but it now is has
officially jumped off, Ja Rule has picked a fight
with Eminem. It was only a matter of time, given Ems
relationship with 50 Cent, that they would have words.
Em had fired a warning shot on Go To Sleep
and Ja has responded.
The
track is over Nas Made You Look
instrumental. Ja goes not only at Em, but also has
words for Dre. It has hard to understand why Ja would
put himself in this situation, given that Eminem has
massacred everyone who has stepped to him thus far
in his career.
The
song appears on the new Murder Inc. mixtape, Warriors
Words and features the lines, Im
huntin ya blondie, with a sawed gauge/you heard
Joe Crack, Ill make ground beef out of your
baby/Em you know you fear me/cause Im the rap
games Jimmy Hoffa. Word is that Em has already
recorded a response.

Scarface
Calls 50 Cent a "Snitch"
So
the word on the street now is that Ja Rule and Sticky
Fingaz are not the only rappers coming at 50 cent
these days. It seems that with the success of his
new album, 50 has created some new enemies. Now Scarface
is added to the list of adversaries. In a new track
called "Snitch Nigga", Scarface calls out
50 and tries to tell the world that 50 is not as "hard"
as he use to be. Real-HipHop has no real evidence
of how the beef started between the two platinum artists
but stay tuned. To listen to the track, use the clips
below.

Joe
Budden Comes Clean about his Addiction
"I'm
an addict, so [I did] drugs, period," rapper
Joe Budden said a couple of weeks ago in New York,
breaking down what kinds of drugs he used to indulge
in. "I never did coke, never did heroin, but
I did [do] angel dust, weed and pills. Anything you
say, I did it."
Before
Joe was lyrically wounding cats on mixtape tracks
as he's been doing for the past two-and-a-half
years he was a Jersey City, New Jersey, rapper
who was throwing his life away, succumbing to the
allure of narcotics.
The
abbreviated story of Budden's life before the music
reads like this: Joe was born in Harlem, moved to
Queens, New York, a few years later and then to New
Jersey. His father went to jail when he was 14. Joe
dropped out of high school, got his GED soon after,
tried college for a while and eventually gave up.
The 22-year-old said that while he and school were
never friends, he and drugs definitely rolled tight.

Lyor
Cohen found guilty of Fraud
Irv
Gotti's business partners finished their latest round
of fighting Friday in a New York federal court. Music
label Island/Def Jam and company CEO Lyor Cohen were
found liable for fraud, willful copyright infringement
and wrongful interference with a contract in a $30
million lawsuit filed against them by TVT Records.
At
the eye of the storm were claims TVT had made, saying
that Cohen tried to hinder the production and release
of an album by Ja Rule's group, the Cash Money Click
(a.k.a. CMC).
"The
verdict against Mr. Cohen, personally, for fraud shows
that there are some very serious problems confronting
Def Jam and Universal Music Group," said Peter
Haviland, a trial lawyer for TVT Records.
A
spokesperson for Def Jam said the label had no comment.

Eve:
"Dre will be on my next album!"
Eve
doesn't have a title for her next record yet, but
maybe she should call it Still E.V.E. The golden-locked
rapper/actress is hitting the studio next month with
Dr. Dre.
"You
will see Dre all over the record, let's put it that
way," Eve said recently of the follow-up to last
year's Eve-olution. She said she hasn't written any
songs yet, opting instead to just get in the studio
and let the creativity flow.
"It
doesn't matter [what type of material he'll bring],"
she said with a grin. "It's Dre. That's all I
care about. He's creative, he's hardworking, [and]
he has the energy. He believes in the project.

STAR
AND JAY Z AT WAR?
Jigga's
name is in the news yet once again for beef that he
has with a hiphop figure. But this time, Nas is not
the focus of Jay's beef. It seems that STAR of HOT
97FM in NYC is having a war of words with Jay-Z. The
beef allegedly started when Star began to talk about
the show Jay Z had on Showtime a few weeks back. In
reply to the negative feedback Star gave the show,
Jay-Z replied to Star with a tribute to Aliyaah that
explained why "Star is mad cause (he) won't grant
him an interview b/c the things he said to you."
